Tuition and Fees

2014-2015 Tuition and Fees

Application Fee
There is a $75 application fee for all new students. This fee includes the admissions testing fee for incoming freshmen.

Registration Fee
Registration Fee: $500 NON-REFUNDABLE 
Due with completed registration packet by Friday, March 22, 2013, for the Class of 2017.

Payment of the registration fee secures the student’s roster placement until June 7, 2013.

Please note: The registration fee is not applied toward tuition, and consideration for financial aid is only possible after receipt of the registration fee.

Parish Supporting: $10,980   (Families with an approved Parish certification)
Regular Tuition: $13,170

Payment Options

OPTION 1 – Preferred Method – One Time ACH – FACTS
Tuition and Fees. No FACTS Fee. Online account is established with FACTS. ACH date is June 5, 2013 to meet June 7, 2013 deadline.

OPTION 2 – One Time Credit Card Payment – FACTS
Tuition and Fees. Single one time credit card payment is processed through FACTS.  No FACTS fee.  FACTS accepts Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  2.5% convenience fee is added to the payment.  NCHS will not accept credit cards in the business office for tuition.

OPTION 3 – NCHS Tuition Payment Plan – FACTS
Tuition only.  10 month payout, July through April, through ACH.  Tuition Refund Guarantee Plan required.  3.9% NCHS administrative fee added to each payment.  FACTS management fee of $43 required to participate.  Student fees must be paid by June 7, 2013.

OPTION 4 – Cash or Check

OPTION 5 – Your Tuition Solution
Tuition and Fees.  Nolan Catholic High School has made arrangements with Your Tuition Solution, a third party lender offering extended payment plans up to 84 months.  Loan applications are handled through www.yourtuitionsolution.com. Funding must be received by NCHS no later than June 7, 2013, to avoid late fees.

OPTION 6 – CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF FT. WORTH EMPLOYEES ONLY – ACH through FACTS
Tuition only, ACH dates coordinate with Diocesan pay dates.  No FACTS fees. Sign up is through the NCHS Business Office.

TUITION REFUND GUARANTEE PLAN 

Tuition is non-refundable. However, a Tuition Guarantee Plan is available for purchase.  This plan is mandatory if financing is through the NCHS Payment Plan.  The cost of the protection is 3.75% of the amount financed or paid and is due at the time of the tuition payment.

The Registration Fee, Student Fee, and Tuition Late Fee are non-refundable and are not covered by the Tuition Refund Guarantee Plan.

If this plan is purchased and tuition was paid and not financed, the unused portion of tuition paid will be refunded within 30 days following a student’s official date of withdrawal.

If tuition payment is through the NCHS plan, an amount equal to the unused portion of tuition financed will be paid by the Plan.  Any late payments and fees outstanding at the time of the student’s withdrawal are the responsibility of the custodial parent and must be paid prior to the release of the official transcript.

All outstanding financial obligations must be resolved with cash, cashier’s check or credit card before official transcripts/grades will be released from Nolan Catholic High School.

Financial Aid

How to apply for Financial Aid
Nolan Catholic is committed to providing financial aid to families in need. PSAS (Private School Aid Service) is NCHS’ financial aid processor. To be given priority consideration, you should return your application by March 1, 2013. (Applications are available)

It is highly recommended that families apply early and online at www.psas.com.

For the current year, PSAS’ Financial Aid Application Fee is $25.

Textbooks & Fees
Students purchase their own books.  Costs range between $500-$800.
Divisional Fees for 2014-2015 year are as follows:

Freshman – $182
Sophomore – $215
Junior – $176
Senior – $375

Uniforms
Families must purchase NCHS school uniforms from Parker Uniform Company.
