Admissions Policies & Procedure

Application Process for 2016-2017

Prospective Freshman Applicants complete an online application and submit a $75 fee. The online application site will open in September. Only freshman applicants are required to take the ACT Aspire Admissions/Placement test. Our admissions committee will review the applicant when:

  1. The online application is complete and submitted
  2. All three teacher evaluations have been received
  3. Report cards from the 7th and 8th grades have been received
  4. The admissions test results are received
  5. A family interview has been conducted

Check out our online calendar for enrollment dates. The ACT Aspire test is a curriculum based test which helps us determine acceptance and placement when considering upper level courses. See the ACT Aspire website for details on the content of the test: http://www.discoveractaspire.org. Late applicants are reviewed with the same integrity and consideration as applications we received prior to the deadline. Taking the Late admissions test will not detract a student’s chance from being accepted.

Prospective Transfer Students

Complete our online application and submit a $75 application fee. Transfer applicants are NOT required to take an admissions test. Please see the transfer requirements here: “Requirements for Prospective Students.” Our admissions committee will review transfer applicants when:

  3. Transcripts from the last two years have been received
