Biography: Jay is in his 16th year as Head Coach for the Women’s Varsity Soccer Team at Nolan Catholic High School coaching over 400 games for the Lady Vikings.  He also serves as Director of Soccer for the Men’s and Women’s Soccer Programs.  Jay has a career record of 261-97-35, all at Nolan Catholic.  He has taken his teams to the State Final Four 12 out of the past 13 years – 3 District Championships, 12 Regional Championships, and 11 State Runner-Up finishes.  The Women’s team has gained State, Regional, and National recognition ever since 1999.  The Lady Vikings have been National Ranked every year since 1999.  ESPN has had the Lady Vikings as high as #3 in the Nation in 1999.
Jay is one of the founders of JATO Athletics, an outsourced athletic department and resource dedicated to advancing athletics throughout the country.  Along with JATO, he is one of the Directors at the Sting Soccer Club and was a National Team Staff Coach for the U.S. Under-21 Women’s National team winning a Nordic Cup Championship over Norway in 2005. Jay has had an outstanding playing career in college and professionally. He played at Creighton University from 1991-1995. He played professionally with the Dallas Burn from 1996-1997, with the Sacramento Scorpions (A-League) in 1997, and with the Texas Spurs of PDL in 1998. Additionally he played with the U23 National Team for the Olympic Festival in 1996. He currently holds a USSF National ‘C’ License and a B.S. in Exercise Science from Creighton University.  Jay graduated high school from The Oakridge School in Arlington.
